Why do you lead this initiative personally instead of working through a large organization?

I believe in the power of the direct path. Large NGOs often struggle with heavy administrative costs. With Aiyana AZ HEART, every cent goes directly to the projects on the ground. I show you the reality without filters or bureaucratic detours.

Why specifically Tondo (Philippines) and the Dominican Republic?

These places are close to my heart. Having witnessed the challenges there firsthand, I realized I could not simply look away. These regions require targeted, sustainable support that makes an immediate difference. I know the local conditions well, and I am committed to providing the exact help needed to create a lasting, positive impact on these children’s lives.
